Binji & Boori is an Aboriginal specific service that targets families whom are pregnant or have children aged 0- 5 (or when the child starts school). Binji & Boori is a multidisciplinary team with two locations within the Illawarra Shoalhaven our teams including midwives, child and family health nurses, Aboriginal Health workers, social workers, an Occupational therapist and a speech pathologist.
Our service offers home visiting, visits in clinics and outreach from Aboriginal services. Binji & Boori provides outreach throughout the Illawarra and Shoalhaven region, including Milton/Ulladulla, Jerrinja, Wreck Bay and Jervis Bay.

Shoalhaven Women’s Health Centre
Shoalhaven Women’s Health Centre (SWHC) is a community managed, not for profit organisation that provides a range of services and activities to enhance the health and wellbeing of Shoalhaven women. Known for our supportive, friendly, professional, caring and confidential services, supported by qualified and experienced staff.
Our services and activities include:

an ISLHD Well Women’s Nurse, including referral to contraceptive clinic;

Massage/reiki;

Naturopath/natural medicine;

workshops; and

information and referral.
Counselling, financial counselling and nurse services are also available in outreach locations across the Shoalhaven.
